I had a hassle-free trip from start to finish. The tour guide was efficient and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

The food was tasty and we enjoyed our time on board. It was also great that the tour guide spoke excellent English and was knowledgeable about the area.

The boat was not in great condition. The basic amenities like hot water and bathroom door locks were not working properly.

The scenery during the boat tour was stunning, with breathtaking views of limestone cliffs and sparkling blue waters. the meals served on the boat were delicious and travelers enjoyed hassle, free pick, up and drop, off. Some cabins had a nice decor, even if the amenities fell short.

The boat showed signs of wear and tear. Some basic amenities, like hot water and door locks, were reported as faulty and needed maintenance.

The Christmas atmosphere and beautiful scenery were the best aspects of the trip. the festive decorations and Christmas-themed meals were a nice touch. the convenient location and easy accessibility made it a great place to stay.

The hotel lacked maintenance and upkeep. the hot water was inconsistent and the cleanliness was subpar.
